AI Transcription is now available!

AI podcast transcription is now available for Transistor users.

Users can access the feature by going to their Episodes list and clicking on the grey transcript icon for any episode that doesn't yet have a transcript.

Here are some of our transcription features:

• Audio-to-text transcription, powered by Deepgram AI.

• Automatic speaker detection (diarization).

• Users can view/download their transcripts as plain text, SRT, VTT, JSON, and HTML files.

• Also, we create a web page version of the transcript for each episode, which includes shareable timestamps. (Example)

• Simple transcript editing interface to make quick corrections.

Coming soon: once you've identified a speaker, we'll automatically add them to your future transcripts.
